My work is mostly improvisation. I start with a color or a movement and keep responding: adding, covering and changing things until it feels right. Most of it comes from nature, travels, feelings and whatever has been on my mind.

I'm interested in things that are hard to describe properly — how a place felt, movement, light, a memory, little things we notice and keep.
A lot of my work changes completely while I'm making it. That's probably my favourite part.
