About

I'm Lena Trofimova, a Ukrainian artist based in Barcelona. I've always been drawn to making things, moving between painting, photography, design and other forms of visual expression.

I spend a lot of time travelling, being outside and noticing small details that stay with me. I'm trying things, changing direction and collecting experiences as I go.

Painting became the place where I can slow down, reflect and make sense of all of it.
