These terms apply to purchases made through Trofimova Studio.

Shipping & returns

Shipping times and costs depend on the artwork and destination.

All prices are shown in EUR. The final price, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All original artworks are one of a kind. Once a work has been purchased, it will no longer be available for sale.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a commission and begin the work. The remaining balance is due once the work is finished, before delivery.

Because commissions are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or exchanged.

Buying an artwork means you own the physical piece, but copyright remains with the artist.

Images of the work may still be used by Trofimova Studio for the website, portfolio, social media, exhibitions or other promotional purposes.

The artwork may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
